Drainer
4 Wheel Drum Truck for Moving, Storing and Dispensing Liquids
The Drainer is an original design. It facilitates moving and
dispensing of liquids from a 55 gallon drum into a 5 gallon container and at the same time
provides the convenience and ease of operation of a 4 wheel drum truck. Drain height is
14". All double welded construction and heavy duty mold-on rubber or steel wheels
with roller bearings and grease fittings assure long life. The Drainer is also available
with plain bore polyolefin wheels. Unique rollers o the frame allow drum rotation without
removing from truck. Drum may be picked up from any side and spigot rotated to bottom from
any position. Specially designed chime hook fits beneath spigot and does not interfere
with dispensing operation. Use with drums between 30" and 40" height. Unit is
self-standing with the optional kickstand kit, select model number with "KS"
suffix.

Tandem Heavy Duty 4 Wheel Drum Truck
The Tandem is a heavy duty 4 wheel truck with full 1000 lb.
capacity. The 1" diameter handle provides control and leverage and is double welded
to the husky 1¼" diameter frame. The Tandem is available with mold-on rubber or
steel wheels with grease fittings and roller bearings or plain bore polyolefin wheels. The
replaceable chime hook assembly slides freely the full length of the hook shaft to
accommodate fiber and steel drums 28" to 40" height. Perfect balance permits
easy breaking back over rear wheels; ideal for pallet loading and unloading. Truck stands
upright both loaded and unloaded. An optional kickstand permits vertical out-of-the-day
storage, select model number with "KS" suffix.

Portable Drum Racks
All welded Portable Drum Racks allow use of forklift to move and
store drums – saving time and manpower. Formed drum cradles of ¼" steel bar,
heavy wall rectangular steel tubing horizontal frame and square tubing cross supports
combine to make these units almost indestructible. Racks sack four high. Two drum unit has
1600 lbs capacity and a stacked capacity of 6400 lbs. Three drums unit as 2400 lbs
capacity and a stacked capacity of 9600 lbs. Two drum models have four-way forklift
access; three drum models have two-way access, front and rear. Center to center of drum
cradles is 26". |

Drum Storage Racks
Permanent Storage Racks are constructed of heavy duty steel angle
and engineered for orderly handling and selective storage and removal of 30 and 55 gallon
drums. Assembly is easy – simply bolt four vertical legs to individual levels, attach
X-bracing to ends and rack is ready to accept drums. For maximum flexibility in drum
storage, racks may be ordered to permit back to back installation allowing the user to
customize every system to his own requirement. By combining units, any degree of capacity
in nearly any type of space can be obtained. Designed for convenient forklift entry front
and rear; all units are 34" deep. |

Drum Carrier / Rotator
The Drum Carrier/Rotator, allows you to easily transport and rotate
55 gallon steel drums using a fork truck. Drums are held securely in place by a durable
chain locking system. The model is provided with an extra long operating chain to allow
the drums to be rotated from the fork truck operator’s seat. Available in 800 lb. And
1500 lb. capacities, each model includes a safety chain to secure the carrier/rotator to
the fork truck and a steel bung nut wrench to open drums. Fork pocket dimensions are
7½" wide by 2½" high on 31" centers. Standard color is safety yellow.

Hydraulic Carrier/Boom
The Hydraulic Carrier/Boom, allows one person to lift, transport
and dispense fully loaded 55 gallon steel drum. The is secured in the saddle by a chain
locking system. The drums is lowered or raised by a hydraulic foot pump. The drum is then
rotated by a hand crank on the model 3V01-HDC-305-60 or a chain crank on the other models.
The Hydraulic Drum Carrier/Boom has a capacity of 800 lb. and may also be used as a hoist
using a boom supplied with the unit. The boom stores conveniently on one of the lower
straddle legs. Lift heights of 60, 72, 84 and 96 inches are available.

Manual Carrier/Rotator
The model 3V01-DCR-110 is an economical tool for one person to
transport and dump 55 gallon steel drums. Once the drum is secured in the drum cradle, you
simply push down on the handle to lift the drum off of the floor. The drum any now be
rotated manually to dispense its contents. The model has an 800 lb. Capacity. Unit is
painted yellow.

Drum Gripper
The Drum Gripper has been designed with easy operation in mind.
Simply attach the Drum Gripper to a fork truck and secure the unit with the provided
safety chain. Position the DGS under a drum rib and raise the drum with the Drum
Gripper’s knuckle gripping system. Fork pockets are 2½" high x 7½" wide
on 13½" centers. |

Drum Tote
The Drum Tote model 3V01-FDT-22 may be used to lift both 55 and 30
gallon steel drums with an overhead chain or hoist. This unique lifting system holds drums
securely with a ratchet safety locking handle.
